Executive Coach (Contractor)

TITLE: Executive Coach (Contractor)

SCHEDULE: Contractor, Flexible

ROLE OVERVIEW: Werq executive coaches are at the core of our firm’s success. Successful candidates excel at building long-lasting, high-trust relationships with clients, based on providing exceptional value as a direct service coach/facilitator/advisor. These executive coaches are consistently thinking ahead to the next set of questions the client will need to answer to be successful, and, as a result, position themselves and the firm to extend business and provide maximum value. Adaptable to new challenges, Werq executive coaches take on a variety of types of work within their scope of competence including 1:1 coaching, team coaching, facilitation, strategic advisory, research and design, and special projects. Both solo- and team-based delivery is expected. Business development activities are welcomed but not required for the role. Exceptional communicators and team players, ideal executive coaches are positive contributors to Werq’s culture, consistent and enthusiastic advocates for the brand, and role models of Werq’s values of Discovery, Candor, Collaboration, and Success.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Working in close collaboration with the Werq team, Executive Coaches will:

  • Provide coaching, facilitation, and strategic advisory services to clients
  • Prioritize long term relationships, win/win solutions, and deliver top value in client relationships
  • Promote the extension of existing client contracts by consistently seeking to provide additional value and participating in account strategy development
  • Follow existing methodologies and processes, while also contributing proactively and collaboratively to process improvement
  • Contribute new ideas and IP to improve Werq’s service delivery, strategy, and the success of the firm
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times
  • Exhibit exceptional follow-through, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and integrity
  • Role model Werq’s values of Discovery, Candor, Collaboration, and Success


  • Prior experience in an executive leadership role
  • Certified Executive Coach 
  • 5+ years of executive coaching experience
  • Masters Degree (preferred)
  • Exceptional standards of communication, follow-through, and integrity
  • High EQ and relationship-building skills
  • Determination for personal, firm-wide, and client success
