Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

TITLE: Administrative Assistant


SCHEDULE: 10-15 hours per week, Flexible

ROLE OVERVIEW: The Administrative Assistant will assist with administrative, marketing, operational, logistical, and process implementation/improvement initiatives for Werq. Specific functional responsibilities are covered below. The Administrative Assistant will aim to create an exceptional experience for all who come into contact with the company, and will provide support for the operations and marketing departments as well as the coaching/facilitation staff as needed.



Provide administrative support for the Werq team

  • Maintain and organize Google Drive folder content
  • Create/Edit files in Google Workspace
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for the team
  • Maintain/Update CRM data
  • Social media engagement
  • Other tasks as assigned

Collaboration & Teamwork

Professional conduct in alignment with Werq’s company values and ethos.

  • Participate in routine team meetings and individual calls with direct supervisor
  • Engage with the team (including vendors and clients) in a respectful, collaborative, solution-oriented manner
  • Participate in ongoing team and individual professional alignment and enhancement initiatives

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and on teams
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail


Executive Coach (Contractor)

TITLE: Executive Coach (Contractor)

LOCATION: Central Texas (preferred)

SCHEDULE: Contractor, Flexible

ROLE OVERVIEW: Werq Executive Coaches act as true partners to executive level clientele and their teams.  Werq clients are ambitious and successful individuals and teams who are interested in achieving at their highest capacity – our coaches mirror this tenacity and provide coaching-oriented solutions to support clients in exceeding their goals.    As a contract coach, the ideal candidate for this position is qualified to service opportunities of various sorts (1:1 coaching, targeted facilitation, group coaching, etc.), and is a motivated professional interested in growing their practice in collaboration with an established brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Supported by Werq’s infrastructure, successful executive coaching candidates will:

  • Provide results-focused coaching and facilitation services to clients
  • Engage as trusted confidantes, strategic thinking partners, and accountability allies with leaders and leadership teams
  • Provide quality services that result in contract extensions
  • Build meaningful professional relationships with clients, team members, and alliance partners resulting in positive outcomes for all involved parties
  • Utilize proven methodology to support clients in achieving their goals – don’t waste anyone’s time with methods not proven to work
  • Work effectively with the Werq team
  • Be a role model and champion for Werq’s values


  • Certified Executive Coach 
  • Masters Degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Exceptional standards of communication, follow-through, and integrity
  • High EQ and relationship-building skills
  • Determination for personal, firm-wide, and client success
