Ilana Zivkovich

CEO & Founder

An experienced executive leader and Certified Executive Coach, Ilana is passionate about creating development experiences for top-level professionals that combine personal growth, professional empowerment, and a high focus on tangible results. Prior to founding WERQ Ilana held a variety of executive leadership positions in the behavioral health field, where she had a proven track record of simultaneously improving patient outcomes while increasing the bottom line. Ilana holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.

Steve Hicks

Founder & Strategic Advisor

With over 25 years of experience building, managing, and growing businesses across multiple sectors, Steve Hicks has a proven track-record of identifying market opportunities and executing strategy necessary to build thriving enterprise-level companies. Starting his notable career in the media and broadcasting industry, Steve has successfully mentored leaders and built businesses in sectors including media and broadcasting, financial services, healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce. Steve serves on numerous charitable and professional boards and is the owner and Executive Chairman of Capstar Partners, LLC. He has been a Regent of the University of Texas for the past nine years. In 2017, the social work program at the University of Texas was endowed as the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at UT Austin. Steve has also received the prestigious honor of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.

Nik is the VP of Strategy for Werq and oversees the strategic development for both Werq and Werq clients. He brings over 15 years of experience in talent management and acquisition, working with companies across the US. He has a passion for leadership and project development with high impact results. Before Werq, Nik started his own company offering talent management and acquisition services to executive clients who were looking for a high level of understanding and a strong reputation for success.

Client Success Manager

Reahanna is the Client Success Manager at Werq and handles all the external marketing along with internal client support. With over 6 years in the marketing industry, Reahanna brings the creative vision along with experienced campaign development to oversee Werq's long term brand reputation. She's worked with clients in a variety of industries from public education, healthcare, professional services, and retail services. She's passionate about growing brands through amazing relationships and unforgettable experiences.

As the Administrative Coordinator for Werq, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations. She has a passion for process improvement and is always looking for ways in which Werq may function at its most efficient and highest-capacity while providing a seamless and consistent internal and external experience. Nicole brings over 10 years experience of supporting teams and high-level executives in a variety of industries.
