Adrienne Washington helps executive leaders who are challenged with issues that unnecessarily pull energy and resources. As a certified executive coach, Adrienne draws from 20 years of HR and business leadership experience at a corporate Fortune 100 engineering and technology organization. She has guided leaders in achieving retention of key talent, increased team engagement, lasting change management, and promotions to executive leadership.

Since 2000, Adrienne has coached executives, leadership assessment and development program participants, and minority and female conference attendees. Her perspective offers insights in a trusted learning environment that has led clients to greater results and recognition.

Adrienne applies a coaching model that focuses on the client’s agenda while challenging them to become their best selves. She has a unique ability to listen for nuances that unlock personal discovery.  Core to her engagements are aspects of leveraging self-awareness, reflection, and context, in confidential, non-judgmental sessions.  She believes that understanding yourself and how you relate to your changing environment is important for growth, adapting, and greater success. These insights help you achieve maximum organizational and leadership impact.

Prior to being an executive coach, Adrienne gained 20 years of leadership experience in human resources business partner roles for Lockheed Martin. Within this Fortune 100 corporation, she supported programs of up to $2.6B and client groups in technology, legal, finance, and services. She has genuine openness to various people and possibilities that was fostered while working in multiple business areas, environments, and regions of the country. Throughout that time, she partnered with leaders on strategies, succession planning, talent management, and led many change management initiatives to help organizations meet and exceed their goals.

Adrienne holds a master’s degree in human resources and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She currently is an alumni board member for her graduate school.
