Trevor specializes in executive coaching and accountability. His research and executive-level leadership experience has taught him that for a leader to be successful, they must demonstrate the skills of holding one self and others accountable, retaining and attracting the right staff, and engaging the team.
Trevor’s coaching is rooted in Emotional Intelligence, which often becomes a core life changer for leaders working with Trevor, changing their lives for the better. By increasing a client’s awareness of how they are seen by others, clients make personal behavior changes that ultimately improve how they show up at work and the results they drive in their organization.
Trevor’s approach is laser focused in how YOU show up and is customized to each individual’s objectives and challenges. He identifies people’s strengths and motivates individuals to work on themselves to reach new heights. His clients develop a deeper awareness of their unique strengths and weaknesses, developing new skills and approaches to be a more effective leader across the organization.
Through active listening, and asking powerful, agitating, and sometimes raw questions, Trevor energizes clients to get out of their comfort zones, giving them the space and focus they need to adapt and thrive.
Prior to working as an executive coach, Trevor worked for TNT Logistics supporting Ford, and later moved to the progressive Magna International. His early leadership experiences sparked his passion for developing future leaders and his innate ability to assess behavioral issues has allowed him to help numerous individuals reach their full potential.
Trevor has strong industry knowledge of Manufacturing and Operations, Health Care, Logistics, and Finance through his experience. He also has key insight into Multi-Generation Family Ownership businesses and the unique opportunities that come with that.
