Tricia brings over 15 years of experience advising and consulting clients through organizational changes and transformations while also providing coaching to executives and managers. Her approach to advising and coaching clients leverages cross-disciplinary knowledge, evidence-based practices, creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking to help clients achieve business objectives.

Her consulting career spans experience at many large, international consulting firms, and prior to embarking on a consulting career she worked in areas that have provided depth to her change and transformation domain knowledge including copywriting and editing, public relations and promotions.

Tricia’s educational background reflects her commitment to multi-disciplinary knowledge and life-long learning for the benefit of her clients. Beginning with a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Texas at Austin, she also completed a masters’ degrees from Pepperdine University (MA in psychology) the University of Southern California (MBA).
