Evan helps leaders and their organizations grapple successfully with significant demands for learning and growth. He’s known for bringing smart, practical habit changes to help leaders shift their patterns, create more engagement, and have more impact.
He’s worked organizationally across F500 companies, privately-held firms (startups, PE-funded, family firms), government agencies, and nonprofits – with exceptional organizations, leaders, and colleagues on worthy challenges.
He loves exploring that boundary where the territory of the unknown starts, in the foggy space between today’s comfort zone and the possibilities just out of sight on the other side.
He has taught management courses through Tufts University and the State University of New York; he’s also led workshops in Change Management (Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations); and leadership- and senior-team development (University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, Advanced Management Program). Evan holds an MBA from the Yale School of Organization and Management; Bachelors’s degrees in Engineering and Liberal Arts from Penn State; and lives in Providence, RI.
